Gallup is an independent consulting firm that the University of Oregon contracted to conduct the IDEAL Climate Survey in the spring of 2022. They have specialized expertise to offer in the areas of employee engagement, employee experience, culture transformation, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.

Through our partnership with Gallup, supervisors and employees have access to a library of resources that include articles, tools, and learning modules.

Activate Your Gallup Access Account

1. Go to the Gallup setup page.
2. Enter your DuckID and password using the Shibboleth Single Sign-on (SSO).
   Refer to the UO Service Portal for technical assistance with this step.
3. Provide answers to security questions.

Alternative Access Option

The Gallup library can also be accessed through the Gallup login page. With this method, you will need to select the single sign-on option at the bottom of the login window to login to our organization's portal. Then enter "oregonclimate" as the organization name, and you will be routed to the UO Shibboleth Sign-on page to enter your DuckID and password.
