Units track annual OA performance review completion in Banner screen PWAREVW, which generates the Cognos report "OA Review Completion" for unit and Office of Human Resources reference. Supervisors, make sure your unit's HR staff know when your OA reviews are complete so they can take this important step.

Units should keep the original, signed reviews in the unit-level personnel file.
